• Scaling Decision Making Rationale with Worker/TL & Li Pleu Vyeu

• Plans moving from Immediate Safety Plan to Interim Safety Plan at this time (if applicable)

• Timeline started/created with the Assessor and the ongoing Case Manager

• Past Harm understood and documented as "What has happened to you" (for Guardianship and Youth Services)
